The Open Organisation Test Story
In 2015, the Ministry of Defence asked Aleph Insights to help them adopt a more open approach to innovation as a central pillar of the Strategic Defence and Security Review. We worked with 100%Open - the UK’s leading open innovation consultancy - to design a metric that could be used to identify the key enablers and blockers to the initiative’s success. The tool enabled the MOD’s decision-makers to assess the likely impact of proposed interventions, and is now part of 100%Open’s online toolkit.
